Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients until just moistened.
