  • 1 cup water
  • 10 large vegan marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over low-medium heat until the sugar fully dissolves.
  2. On a lined cookie sheet, broil the vegan marshmallows in the oven at 375°F for about two minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add the toasted marshmallows to the syrup mixture and stir until dissolved.
