  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Pat the salmon dry and place on the baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze on both sides.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and return to bake for another 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  5. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
