  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Spread batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled brownies.
  8. Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle over frosting.
