  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
