  • 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
  • 1 cup chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vegetarian fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • Fresh Thai basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat neutral oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
