  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Add granulated and brown sugars; mix until light and fluffy.
