Instructions

  3. Add dry white grape juice or chicken broth; simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, capers, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper; cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley if desired.
