  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for searing)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in rosemary and thyme, then let cool.
  2. Marinate the turkey by placing it in a resealable bag or dish; pour the garlic butter mixture over it and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
