  • two-thirds of one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk (about 10 ounces)
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about one minute.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Transfer batter to the pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust, followed by shredded coconut.
