  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
