  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pan with parchment paper and cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and one egg; mix until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared pan to form the base layer.
