  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened but still cool)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
