  • 1/2 cup milk (any type will do)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin spice.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  4. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Grease a donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with batter. Bake for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by combining sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  7. Once cooled slightly, brush donuts with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar.
