  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in beaten eggs carefully. Stir in chopped pecans and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice and serve chilled with optional whipped cream or ice cream.
