  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 packages hot chocolate mix (1/2 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups vegan marshmallows (divided)
  • About 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy canes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper and lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a double boiler, melt together 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix over medium heat while stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of vegan marshmallows for a fun texture.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing in the remaining vegan marshmallows on top. Refrigerate for about four hours until set.
