  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
