  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and shredded Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper; sauté until caramelized and tender.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet along with sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
