  • 34 cups vegetable broth

  4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil; reduce to a simmer and cover for about 25 minutes until squash is tender.
  5. Allow soup to cool slightly before blending until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more broth if desired.
