  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes seasoned with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the seasoned steak cubes for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned but tender.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining butter along with minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Return cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through (1–2 minutes).
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
