  • 1 medium onion (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or white grape juice
  • Zest from 1 medium lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushrooms by cleaning them gently and trimming any dried stems.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the mushrooms until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
