  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 8×4 inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and spices.
  3. Stir in both sugars until combined. Create a well in the center and add oil; mix briefly.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Add pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
