  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a large 9×13 baking dish with butter.
  3. Spread melted butter on the bottom of the dish and layer the shredded chicken evenly.
  4. Scatter frozen vegetables over the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix; pour over the chicken and veggies without stirring.
  6. Combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in the same bowl; pour over the biscuit mixture without stirring again.
  7. Bake uncovered for 55-65 minutes until golden brown on top.
