  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and prepare a donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix gently until combined.
