  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries (semi crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and salt until crumbly. Press 1 3/4 cups into the baking pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk with dark chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust. Layer with reserved crumbs and semi-crushed raspberries before adding mini chocolate chips.
  6. Bake again for 20-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
