  • 12 oz. Sage & Onion cubed stuffing
  • 1 cup leeks (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a sprayed 5-quart Crock Pot, combine the cubed stuffing, leeks, cranberries, raisins, and pecans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and ground mustard.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the stuffing mixture in the Crock Pot and gently fold until well combined.
  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
