  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • 2 French baguettes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Caesar dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt until smooth. Mix with chopped romaine and refrigerate.
  2. Season chicken cutlets with sea salt and black pepper. Set up a breading station with flour mixed with smoked paprika in one bowl, whisked eggs in another, and panko crumbs mixed with seasonings in a third bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Dredge each cutlet through the flour mixture, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs before frying until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
  4. Slice baguettes open and spread the reserved dressing inside. Layer on crispy chicken cutlets and Caesar salad mix before serving.
