  • 2 lbs potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a round baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the potato slices in the baking dish and drizzle with half of the balsamic mixture.
