  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add diced potatoes; cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and tender. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in minced garlic then add ground turkey; cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
  5. Mix in smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes; return potatoes to the skillet and combine well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before garnishing with parsley.
