  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in well-salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken sausage and brown until fully cooked. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Lower heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Add chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer until thickened.
