  • 4 cups dried bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together dried bread cubes, cranberries, celery, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine ground turkey, chicken broth, melted butter, beaten egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Combine both mixtures gently until well blended; then shape into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
