  • 1 package store-bought puff pastry (thawed – two-sheet pack)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 ½” cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch rectangles.
  3. Place a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each rectangle, topping with crushed walnuts.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Brush tops with an egg yolk and milk mixture for shine.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20 minutes until golden brown.
