  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ground cloves, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten slightly.
