  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes of instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 3 cups half-and-half
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. For the cream cheese layer, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut extract until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip and spread over the crust.
