  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream.
  6. Spoon half of the batter into the Bundt pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it; add remaining batter and top with remaining cinnamon mixture.
  7. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer and bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
