  • 1 bell pepper (red or yellow), chopped
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup apple vinegar (optional)

Instructions
