  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce in a baking dish; fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup filling and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake covered for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
