  • 3 pieces chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 pound pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 Kaiser rolls (hollowed out)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with garlic/herb seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until golden (6-8 minutes).
  2. Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, then drain well.
  3. Hollow out Kaiser rolls by slicing off tops.
  4. Brush insides of rolls with melted butter mixed with garlic seasoning.
  5. Toast rolls in the oven at 375°F for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken alfredo mixture.
  8. Top with shredded parmesan and bake for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve hot with optional parsley or red pepper flakes.
