  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and dry the apples. Core them, leaving the bottom intact, and drizzle lemon juice inside.
  3. In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
  5. Add sour cream and combine until fully blended.
  6. Fold in crushed graham crackers and optional nuts.
