- 1 (11-oz.) bag caramels
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped raw or roasted peanuts
- Whole semisweet chocolate chips and/or sprinkles (optional)
- Wash the grapes thoroughly under cool water and pat them dry.
- In a small pot over medium heat, melt together the caramels and heavy cream, stirring until smooth (about 5 minutes).
- Dip each grape into the warm caramel using a toothpick, covering halfway up the sides.
- Roll the bottoms in chopped peanuts and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
