  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F) (200C/390F for electric non-fan forced).
  2. Drizzle honey over each puff pastry sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan, and sprinkle thyme on top; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly into logs and cut lengthwise.
  5. Twist each piece into round coils on baking paper.
  6. Brush with milk and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
