  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
