  • Butter (4 tbsp)
  • Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat turkey breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear turkey breast on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer turkey to a roasting pan and add 1 cup of apple cider to the pan.
  4. Prepare the glaze by simmering the remaining apple cider with brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
  5. Brush the glaze over the turkey and roast while basting every 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
  6. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
